CANCELLATION POLICY

Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.

The cancellation period lasts fourteen days from the day when you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the most recent delivery.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you should notify us (skin689 AG, Asylstrasse 41, 8032 Zurich, info@skin689.ch, telephone: +41 44 265 11 11) by means of a clear statement (such as letter sent by post, fax or email) of your decision to cancel this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this, which is, however, not mandatory.

To comply with the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send notification of exercising the right to cancellation before the cancellation period deadline expires.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we have to refund any payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising where you have chosen a delivery option other than the lowest-cost standard delivery offered), without delay and by no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notification of you cancelling this contract. We will use the same payment method for this refund as you used for the original transaction, except where expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not be charged for this refund. We may refuse a refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the sooner.

You must return or hand the goods over to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of cancelling this contract. The deadline is met if you despatch the goods within fourteen days. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. You will only have to make up for any loss in value of the goods where this loss in value arises from handling the goods in a way which is not absolutely necessary for testing the quality, characteristics and proper functioning. Once the product has been used, it cannot be returned.
